How to return.
Contact us first
Email contact@watch-minder.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply and confirm return details.
Pack your item
Return the item in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted.
Post it back
Send your return to PO BOX 200 / 730 Riversdale Rd Camberwell 3124 Victoria. Return postage costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the full cost of return postage and send a replacement or full refund at your choice. Contact us immediately at contact@watch-minder.com.
