Exchanges & Returns Policy:

A new WATCH-MINDER is defined as the 100% Superfine Merino Wool wrist band and original swing tag, attached by the original string.

All WATCH-MINDER returns need to be complete as per the photo below;

Australian Returns:

1) Please email contact@watch-minder to register your request for exchange or refund.

All items MUST be returned with the original swing tag attached with the original string. The tag should be complete with sticker in place. This confirms that the items are unworn, unused, and unwashed.

2) Post the WATCH-MINDER(s) back to us - this can be by cost-effective envelope or satchel depending on quantity. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage back to us, however we will post replacement(s) back to you at our cost - we believe that to be fair.

All returned items must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery

All returned items must be "as new", and not be damaged, altered or washed, have no stains or damage, and be in a saleable condition.

Once received, the item will be checked by our returns team.

Once approved, an exchange or refund will then be made.

As per the ACCC, "Change of mind" returns are not eligible for refunds.

International Exchanges / Returns:

The policies above also apply for International customers.

Faulty Items:

At WATCH-MINDER we pride ourselves on our quality. We apologise if you have received a faulty item. If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us – contact@watch-minder.com.

We will work with you to make it right.

WATCH-MINDER will offer an exchange, credit note, or refund when the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Please note:

WATCH-MINDER is made from superfine merino wool fabric. Measurements and tolerances may be up to 20% of indicated. Superfine merino wool can and will stretch with wear, washing, time.

Each WATCH-MINDER is hand finished and quality control inspected prior to delivery. There may exist minor imperfections in fabric joins, sewing, and embroidery. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact us via contact@watch-minder.com

Australian Postage

WATCH-MINDER is posted from Melbourne.

We use AustPost Standard and AusPost Express.

AustPost quotes the following timeframes:

Express postage

Delivery time estimate 1 – 2 business days (within metro areas)
areas outside metro areas, as well as WA & NT should allow an extra 2 business days

Duties & Taxes

Orders posted internationally may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on International orders. The GST equivalent amount is incorporated into the cost of International postage.

WATCH-MINDER is not responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by WATCH-MINDER are a best estimate only and WATCH-MINDER will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by delivery providers.

Please note that all International online returns will be at the customer's expense.
